HP 8500 Toner not recognizing

HP 8500 Toner not recognizing Hi Last May I ordered compatible toner for my HP printer. Order #34435 came in, but when I install, the printer (Color Laserjet 8500dn) continues to stall, asking me to replace the toner. Are there any reset settings that I am not aware of? It will only power up to diagnostics and then tells me to install toner. It is supposed to do it automatically. It should recognize when a new toner is installed. They can try going into control panel. Config Device / Resets / Reset Supplies Also check grounding contacts. www.feedroller.com
