All Genuine (hp) Parts sold through FirstChoice/Feedroller.com are guaranteed to be free of defects for 30 days of purchase, in the event of a Feed Roller or Rollers should fail or be considered faulty, First Choice/Feedroller.com reserves the right to inspect the product before replacement, And will be the sole deciding party to determine if replacement or refund is allowed, in the event of replacement of faulty products First Choice/Feedroller.com will ship normal ground to the Customer Overnight Shipping will not be included, unless Customer chooses to pay for the added Shipping expense.

If Customers original order of complaint was shipped overnight or 2nd day FirstChoice/Feedroller.com will replace the product or ship overnight at no cost to the customer.

In the event FirstChoice/Feedroller.com grants return of money, the Customer will be either Credited to a Credit Card (only to the Credit Card that was used in the original transaction) or if customer paid by Check FirstChoice/Feedroller.com will issue a Check to the customer within 5 business days of the deciding claim.

Customer’s parts being returned after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for refund
Inaccurate ordering may require First Choice to charge a restocking fee.
First Choice reserves the right to determine the restocking fee; restocking fee may not be more than 30% of the products value.

Customers trying to return a non First Choice or feedroller.com part for a refund or as defective will charged an inspection fee or examination fee not to exceed 20% of part or printers total charged value.

Canada and out of the USA may require additional taxing or import costs these costs or charges that occur are the responsibility of the customer not First Choice if such charges occur First Choice will not be held responsible First Choice cannot write or be persuaded to
falsify or lie about package contents to avoid paying import tax's for customers.

First Choice may not be held responsible for potential shipping delays or backorders if such matters arise, First Choice however may compensate or reimburse customer upon evaluation and consideration of delay only First Choice will base this decision.

Special Orders such as printer parts, printers and computers may be subjected to delays or backorders that First Choice has no control over if such delivery delays arise First Choice will not be held liable for loss or damage.

Customers that change there mind after ordering in decision of simply not needing product will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of order total and shipping cost.

First Choice cannot refund or apply charge backs without customers’ original card #

Damaged printers should be brought to First Choice’s attention immediately after inspecting delivered product, delaying this process will cause First Choice/Feedroller.com to deny responsibility; all printers shipped are insured for the purchase value.

Feedroller.com will not warranty or accept the return of open consumables such as toner cartridges, drum units, developers, transfer belts, photo-cunductors etc..

All house brand fusers and maintenance kits have a 180 day warranty all OEM fusers and maintenance kits have a 90 day warranty.

All parts sold through feedroller.com include a 30 day defect free warranty. Parts being returned that are not needed or simply the wrong part ordered will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Compatible House Brand Rollers or Feed Rollers will not be under warranty, First Choice/Feedroller.com in the event of product failure may replace the Roller or Rollers only if FirstChoice/Feedroller.com solely decides replacement is necessary. Compatible House Brand Rollers are compatible and as such nature FirstChoice/Feedroller.com cannot guarantee the products Quality or Longevity, FirstChoice/Feedroller.com simply has offered the consumer a choice in Roller selection. FirstChoice/Feedroller.com believes in choice, not misleading or confusing the Customer in the decision of purchasing Genuine (hp) Rollers or the Compatible House Brand Rollers. FirstChoice/Feedroller.com can and will say that the Compatible House Brand Rollers selected and being sold are the best of the Compatible Rollers in Quality and Page Count Longevity that had been evaluated and tested amongst other Compatible Rollers being manufactured.
