Warranty and Return Policies
All Orders are subjected to the Terms and Conditions listed below:
If a credit is authorized thru our returns departement then Customer will be Credited in the same manner they paid so if you paid by credit card or paypal that is where you will receive the credit.
We have a 90 day return policy on most products, please call or email for a return Authorzation Form, any products being returned without a Return Authorization form will not be credited.

A restock fee will apply to all products being returned that are not warranties or defective products. Feedroller reserves the right to determine the restocking fee; restocking fee may not be more than 30% of the products value.
Canada and out of the USA may require additional taxing or import costs, these costs or charges are the responsibility of the customer not Feedroller if such charges occur Feedroller will not be held responsible Feedroller cannot write or be persuaded to
Feedroller may not be held responsible for potential shipping delays or backorders if such matters arise, customer have the right to cancel any backorders without penatly of doing so.
Special Orders such as printer parts, printers and computers may be subjected to delays or backorders that Feedroller has no control over if such delivery delays arise Feedroller will not be held liable for loss or damage.
Customers that change there mind after ordering in decision of simply not needing product will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15-30% of order total, no shipping costs will be refunded.
Damaged printers should be brought to Feedroller’s attention within 15 days of delivery, delaying this process will cause Feedroller.com to deny responsibility.
All house brand fusers and maintenance kits have a 180 day warranty all OEM fusers and maintenance kits have a 90 day warranty.
All parts sold through feedroller.com include a 30 day defect free warranty. Parts being returned that are not needed or simply the wrong part ordered will be subjected to a restocking fee up to 30%, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost arrangements.
